The Bachelor of Hospitality Management (BHM) is a final stage degree program designed to prepare students for employment in the global hospitality industry. Courses are designed to provide participants with a diverse knowledge and skills-set in a variety of hospitality, organisational and managerial issues currently faced by the global hospitality industry today. Participants of this degree will typically have interest in working, owning or managing a restaurant, tourism or lodging organisations. This program is designed to provide participants a foundation of research, critical thinking, writing and oral presentation skills that would be helpful in further higher studies or in the workplace.
Graduates of this program may advance into SMCU's accredited online MBA program.
